We are using a web-based, inventory system that allows our sellers to enter and manage their inventory with greater flexibility and ease. It provides keyword searching, sorting, filtering, and updating of your inventory items as well as the flexibility to print your tags at your convenience, BEFORE ALL OF YOUR ITEMS ARE ENTERED.

Items For Sale
Items restricted to Children's Clothing (sizes from NB to size 16), Toys, Books, Baby Equipment, Furniture (No Car Seats), Media and Maternity Clothes.

Items being sold must meet certain standards of quality.

Clothes must be: clean (no stains), wrinkle free, pleasant smelling, on hangers (please use children’s hangers: children’s clothes do not hang well on adult hangers). Please make sure to button all buttons, snap snaps, tie bows and zip zippers. Clothing should have no rips. New underwear only (in original packaging).

Shoes must be in good condition. We will not accept badly scuffed, worn, or dirty shoes.Shoes must be placed in Ziploc bags, one pair per bag.

Toys must be clean, in excellent condition (no excessive wear), have all parts present, and have working batteries.

DVDs, computer games, and CDs must be in their cases and working.

Baby equipment and furniture must not be broken. Equipment must be stable, clean, in good condition, and fully assembled.

The Quality of the Merchandise Determines the Success of our Sale.

Little Sprouts reserves the right to reject any item based not only on known recalls, but also quality and appearance in keeping with the specialty nature of this sale. Please do not be offended if some of your items are not accepted. Little Sprouts will not be responsible in any way for any item(s) that have been recalled that we have unknowingly processed through our sale.

DROP OFF

At your scheduled drop off time, you must bring the following to the Seller’s Desk:

1. Laundry basket with your name on it. Make sure that your name will not be easily removed.

2. Signed waiver form. A copy of the waiver form will be posted online so that you have an opportunity to read it in advance.

Basic Steps for Dropping Items Off

1. Please try to keep your appointed drop off time. Making an appointment will assist us in moving you through check-in quickly & efficiently.

2. Check your tags and items before you drop your items off.

Note: Due to time and space, you will not have an opportunity to sort your items and check your tags at the sale.)

3. Please reserve the closest parking spaces by the entrance for drop off.

4. “Before” you unload your vehicle, you need to register/sign in at the Seller’s Desk and, to reiterate, submit the following:

a. your signed waiver form

(Note: Extra copies will be available at check-in if you were unable to print one.)

b. You “do not” have to bring an envelope. We now have envelopes that fit our checks reflecting your earnings from the sale that will be mailed to you after the sale.

c. laundry basket with your name and Seller ID # securely attached or written on it

5. If you are going to volunteer or have any questions or need to assemble a large item, please move your vehicle to other spaces so others may drop their items off; otherwise, you are free to leave.

If you have a large item to assemble...

Please allow time and bring the tools to do this. We will try to have someone to help, but ultimately you are responsible for putting the item together so that it can be viewed. Most people would like to ‘see’ before they buy. We retain the right to reject an unassembled item if we feel that it will not sell.

					Clothes All clothes must be on hangers facing in the same direction and have tags. Plastic hangers are recommended. Tags must be generated from our site. No other tags will be accepted. Tag must be safety pinned (no stick pins, etc.) in the designated area on the tag to the front left shoulder of the garment with the hook turned away from the tag. NOTE: You do not have to remove tags from the previous sale unless the information is different between the two sales. However, you still need to attach our tag in our requested place. If you are attaching our tag on top of an old tag, please be certain that it is attached well and legible. Use the appropriate size hanger for the size of the item. Please do not bend the hangers. Pants are to be safety pinned to the hangers and not folded over. Multi pieces – attach items together with safety pins. For example, shirt and short sets should be pinned together and placed on the hanger. Outfits with small items such as hats or matching socks can be safety pinned to the back of the garment so they won’t become detached and lost. Shoes Shoes must be placed in Ziploc bags. One pair per bag. Attach tag with shipping or masking tape to the outside of the bag. Smaller Items Smaller items should be placed in Ziploc bags with the bag taped. Attach the tag to the outside of the bag with shipping or masking tape. Please do not tape over the barcode!!! Tip: Smaller items such as socks, onesies and small toys will sell better if grouped together with like items and sold as a package. Toys and Games Toys with pieces should be sealed in Ziploc bags and taped shut with the tag taped to the outside of the bag. Larger Items Tape the tag on the most visible part of the item. Layette items (comforters, bumper pads, bedding items, etc…) should have tag pinned in a visible location. Sets will sell better if grouped & bagged together in a clear bag. Large items need to be assembled by the seller during drop off secure enough to be viewed at the sale. Unassembled items will not be sold. PARKING AND ENTRANCES Please reserve the closest parking spaces by the entrance for drop off. After unloading, please move your vehicle to the other spaces so others may drop their items off. Pick Up is 5:00 to 6:30 pm Saturday Because Pick-up is an extremely busy time, please do not expect any sale information to be given out. We will try to have all of your items together in the laundry basket that you provided when you arrive to pick them up. If you are unable to pick your items up personally, please make arrangements for someone else to pick them up. Any unsold items remaining after 5:30 pm , will be donated to Little Sprouts (who reserves the right to make the decision how, when, or where these items will be used that will more effectively aide in meeting the needs of children). NO EXCEPTIONS!! Receipts will be provided for unsold items donated to to “Littles Sprouts”. It will be mailed to you along with your check from the sale. Little Sprouts reserves the right to reject any item based on not only known recalls, but also quality and appearance, in keeping with the specialty nature of this sale. Items not having tags will not be processed. We do not have the capabilities to generate tags at the sale. In order to prepare for the presale, no one will be allowed entrance after the posted drop off’ time has ended except for scheduled workers. NOTE: Only Little Sprouts team members will be responsible for scanning and stocking your items on the floor. Once you drop your items off, you are free to leave.
