One of Rev. Tyler Jackson’s favorite scriptures is Romans 8:31-39 (CEB). These verses inspire Tyler to boldly live his faith in Jesus in real ways for others. Tyler constantly seeks ways to encourage and build others up in this amazing promise of God’s love for everyone.
Tyler is passionate about helping others see just how deeply God loves them and how God calls each person uniquely to a life of purpose, meaning, and fulfillment. Tyler eagerly wants people to experience the beautiful richness of having a relationship with God, witnessing how this relationship changes their lives, and equips them to live into a more full expression of God’s Kingdom here and now, by “Loving Christ. Loving People. Helping People Love Christ.”
Tyler enjoys spending time with his wife, Natalie, and their children, Gabriel (Gabe), Penelope (Penny), and Silas. Some of Tyler’s interests include reading, watching his favorite shows, listening to a variety of podcasts, as well as finding new ways to channel his creativity. His latest creative endeavor involves live streaming in a variety of ways through Twitch and Facebook.
Tyler graduated from The University of Georgia (Go Dawgs!) with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Conceptual Art in 2010. Tyler earned his Master of Divinity from Emory University’s Candler School of Theology in 2014. Tyler became ordained as an Elder in Full Connection with the United Methodist Church in June of 2019.
