Feb. 19 (Thursday) – Booth Western Museum in Cartersville, GA

The second largest art museum in GA, it houses the largest permanent exhibition for Western American art in the country Costs:  Senior admission $8.00 at the door, lunch on your own.  (If the weather is not favorable we will re-schedule).  For more info www.boothmuseum.org. We will leave the church at 9 a.m., and return about 5 p.m.

We have just learned about the show below & it is time sensitive for reserving seats—they usually sell out—so let us know as soon as possible.

March 22 (Sunday) – Anderson Senior Follies, “It’s All Relative”, Anderson, S.C.

For 25 years, Anderson Senior Follies has staged an annual professional-quality theater production cast exclusively with people 55 years old or older.  Cast members are all volunteers with diversity of talents.   More info: www.andersonseniorfollies.com.

Tickets are $12.00 & $18.00 (I was told that the $12.00 seats are pretty good—its your choice—we don’t all have to sit together, Rainey Arts Center only seats 1,000)

We will leave the church at 10:45 a.m. and return about 6:30-6:45 p.m.

To sign up contact the John or Ruby Roberts at  roberts4245@att.net, phone:  770-967-4039,  or Bill or Lavonne Venable at 770-536-2581, or Shirley Stauffer at 770-532-7388.

The Highsteppers is our active seniors group. Let us know if you hear of anything you think this group would enjoy.
